Notary Service
Notary Public service is available to the public in the Rusk County Clerk’s Office during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Fridays). Documents requiring a notary’s signature must be complete, except for signing, and can only be signed in the presence of the notary, proof of identity in the form of a photo ID must be made available to the notary. This service is provided free of charge.
