“Track Tuesdays” starts June 11th and go until August 6th (moved to the Bruce track this year)

This is open to the community to come and run or walk want to start running, but don’t know WHERE to start?

Where: Bruce High School Track

When: Every Tuesday from June 11th- August 13th at 5:30 pm!

The Workout: We will complete the same ladder workout over the course of these four weeks, with the goal to build and improve over each week! Get higher up/down the ladder, run further, run faster, get stronger! Bring some water, a watch and your running buddy!
