Tentative Rusk County Redistricting Plan Approved
The Rusk County Board held a meeting on September 21st to approve a tentative plan for the Rusk County supervisory districts based on the 2020 Census.
The new map maintains the current number of 19 supervisory districts, but adjusts the district boundary lines due to the population decrease (567 people or 3.996%) and population shifts throughout the County. Rusk County currently has 14,188 people, a decrease from 14,775 people.
