NOTICE:
Rusk County Circuit Court and the Clerk of Circuit Court's office remains open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for Court hearings, filings, payments, obtaining forms, and any other questions you may have pertaining to the Court. MISSION STATEMENT/DEPARTMENTAL PURPOSE:
The Clerk of Court's office provides administrative support services for the Rusk County Circuit Court including recordkeeping for all court cases, collecting money on court ordered obligations, and managing the court's jury system. We also assist the public in accessing the courts and its records. As representatives of the judicial system, Clerk of Court's staff treat those we help and serve with dignity, fairness and sensitivity.

Jury service; deferred payment plans; procedures for unpaid fines; the Circuit Court Automation Program, and the court system in general.
